Trainee Recruitment Resourcer

BMSL require a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer based in our office near Bank, Central London. Office based role, Monday-Friday. Working hours are 8am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm Fridays. Job responsibilites inclue: * Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. * Utilize databases and other resources to find suitable candidates for open positions * Help in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and company websites. * Ensure job descriptions are clear, accurate, and attract suitable candidates * Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment software with accurate and current information * Communicate with potential candidates via phone, email, and social media to gauge their interest and suitability for roles * Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing reports and documentation. * Help with the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with relevant department. * Work closely with recruitment consultants and other team members to achieve recruitment goals. The ideal candidate will have: * Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients * Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues * Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Resilience to handle rejection and setbacks in the recruitment process. * Persistence to continue searching for the right candidates and not give up easily BMSL has established itself as one of the leading Recruitment agencies in the Building Services, Construction, Rail and Engineering industries throughout the UK.
