We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.Job DescriptionFOX Corporation is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join the Product Engineering (US) team, focused on Demand-Side Ad Tech and SDK development. As the Product Manager you’ll be responsible for roadmaps, strategy, new feature requests, and product ownership of numerous SDKs and Business Tools to meet specific business requirements. Among those are our Ad Tech/Monetization SDKs, Ad Management/Configuration tools, and other SDKs common between multiple FOX properties and platforms. A strong technical background is a must, whereas the products you develop will most often be implemented by numerous client application development teams. Development experience is preferred, but not required.You will work closely with our engineering teams and architects to outline product requirements, specifications, partner with our QA teams to validate and verify our applications behavior, as well as work with multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors. We are looking for someone who has strong experience working with numerous ad technologies, such as Google IMA, Google Ad Manager (GAM), FreeWheel, SpringServe, Prebid, SSAI, CSAI, DAI, and other ad delivery technology. Expertise in the areas of online video advertising and trending ad technologies is a plus.A Snapshot Of Your ResponsibilitiesWork with Director of Product Management to understand and translate complex business, product and process needs into technical requirements for our in-house engineering team to create robust and efficient SDKs.Own story creation, prioritization & maintenance of the backlog that reflects the vision and strategy.Own value-based decision making that supports team execution of objectives and ensures KPI's are met while maintaining high velocity, excellent quality.Work cross functionally between internal SDK teams, business units and shared platform engineering partners across the enterprise.Participate, facilitate and manage the outputs of all agile ceremonies (Scrum and/or Kanban), prepare for quarterly planning sessions, participate actively and support through execution.Research and evaluate new opportunities and solutions to benefit monetization for web and apps.Partner with Product Analytics to determine KPIs, predict product needs, test hypotheses, and prove outcomes of feature releases.Consider flexibility, scalability, configurability, reusability and DevX as core attributes of the platform.What You Will NeedSelf-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to self-manage while creating new and innovative products.Ability to lead by influence and form solid partnerships in order to ensure successful collaboration.Technical acumen: knowledge of (experience preferred) software development best practices, functional programming, OOP, DRY, etc.Strong understanding of the advertising technology landscape, media marketplace and technology trends.Experience managing Ad Tech and/or SDK development teams and roadmaps.Experience with various ad technology platforms such as Google IMA, GAM, Freewheel, Prebid, Amazon APS, Adobe Analytics, Nielsen, Operative, etc.Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence for agile project management and requirements documentation.Day-to-day experience in Agile practices, Scrum and Kanban.Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders across FOX-owned business units and external partners.Ability to effectively prioritize initiatives with a proper balance of time criticality, business value, risk and opportunity-cost. #J-18808-Ljbffr
