Technical Account Manager

IntroductionWe are seeking a Technical Account Manager who is energetic, driven, and excited about solving client challenges in domestic design, engineering, and manufacturing with a customer service mindset to join our client’s team.ResponsibilitiesAchieve Sales Targets: Develop and execute sales plans, track metrics, analyze performance, and report to management.Manage and Grow Accounts: Build strong relationships, provide ongoing support, identify upsell opportunities, and manage D2C sales processes.Technical Support: Understand customer requirements, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with product & engineering teams.New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities, conduct market research, and collaborate with marketing on sales strategies.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, participate in training, and enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Travel for work (approximately 25%) is required.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years in technical sales B2B within a manufacturing environment.Technical knowledge of thermoplastics or similar materials is an asset.Strong technical aptitude and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.Willingness to travel for events and meetings.Proven track record of closing deals and a creative, innovative mindset.What We OfferWhy apply through Brunel?
