We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates Delivery Partner to join our team based In the Midlands & East Region. Based at Northampton, the role covers Bedfordshire/Luton/Milton Keynes/Northampton/ and Peterborough. The role will see you working hybrid, and will involve travel around the above sites as well as occasional offices to team meetings through England. The salary on offer is from £75,000 + £3,500 car allowance and an annual 10% performance bonus. About the role: Our Estates Delivery Partners provide operational leadership within a defined geographical area, to ensure the company's strategy is delivered. This is a senior leadership role within the Midlands & East region, delivering full range of property management and Facilities Management services. Managing an average budget of £25M, circa~110 properties with a Gross Internal Area of 100,000 square metres and approximately 200 people. You will: Communicate the NHSPS functional vision and strategy, cascading key organisational messages to keep teams informed Contribute to functional and team strategies, developing short and longer-term plans for the team Role model the values and behaviours and setting the cultural tone of the team Lead and embed change and other organisational initiatives Tackle inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement What you will bring to the role: Extensive knowledge of FM, safety legislation, compliance and risk management Broad understanding of property portfolio management/strategy including occupancy structures and funding in NHS environment Significant experience managing compliance and safety management activities Understanding of technical planned building maintenance regimes Proven track record of managing large scales property/FM teams RICS/IWFM or membership to another relevant professional body Project management and delivery Budget Management What we can offer you: We understand how important life is outside of work so, as well as a competitive salary we will also offer: 27 days annual leave + 8 days bank holiday with the option to buy additional weeks leave.
