It’s service-based IT strategy demands a strong and flexible hybrid multi-cloud component.As Product Owner (PO) in the CCoE, you ensure the concrete and iterative delivery of strategic value to Intact’s cloud positioning.Responsible for the development, adoption and support of the company’s Cloud management strategy, the Agile team must continuously tackle the challenges associated with IFC’s Cloud brokerage, lifecycle, governance and automation.Moreover, the team also implements, develops and supports Cloud and Hybrid Cloud platforms. In order to maximize the business value generated by the CCoE, the PO will integrate and manage the needs and expectations of the various actors at the operational and tactical level with a clear concern for risk management. In active collaboration with the Scrum master and the manager, the CCoE’s product owner must enable and fuel the innovative and value-based approach required.What you'll do:End to end ownership of deliverables with the team.Build, edit and maintain the team’s backlog - Iteration.Planning of deliverables including coordination of dependencies with collaborators.Communicates and sets the priorities of the team backlog while ensuring the team’s buy-in.Cooperates with the Scrum Master to drive the team towards results and identify team improvements.Facilitates the evaluation and acceptance of the sprint deliverables.Ensure that backlog items have requirements and acceptance criteria.Participate to the team’s rituals such as the daily’s, demos and retrospectives.Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.Collect and integrate the needs, requirements and expectations of the stakeholders, clients and collaborators into the team’s backlog.Follow our competitors and the industry.Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.What you need:Knowledge in Multi-Cloud Solutions deployment and architecture; Public Cloud (AWS, Azure) and Private Cloud (VMWare, Citrix).Knowledge in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.Expertise in IT governance (ITIL, Cloud framework, etc.).Expertise in DevOps delivery.Bilingualism (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.#LI-HybridWhat we offerWorking here means you'll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
