Business Analyst

This is a full-time junior-level Business Analyst position for a small fin-tech company located in Etobicoke. 2 ~ 3 Days per week onsite. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, the Jr. Business Analyst will assist in analyzing client online performance and identifying growth opportunities. This role includes utilizing reporting tools to identify and react to performance indicators, performing daily analysis on and overseeing account performance and ensuring client goals are met, creating reports outlining campaign stats and recommending areas for optimization and growth, as well as maintaining a solid understanding of the company’s products and their valueproposition.This position requires an individual with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The candidate should have proven experience using Excel and professional client-facing communication. The candidate must also be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
