Cost Controller / FP&A Controller

PARIS, FRANCEROLE DESCRIPTIONThis is a full-time role for a Cost Controller / FP&A Controller at Sequans Communications. As a Cost Controller / FP&A Controller, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting & controlling the company activity : OPEX, CAPEX and R&D project (timesheet). This position is at the crossroad of controlling & accounting . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive the implementation of solutions. This role is located in Paris and requires on-site presence.QUALIFICATIONS5+ years experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis. Strong Business partner spiritStrong MS Excel and good MS office skills. Experience in using ERP (SAP preferred)Good knowledge of accounting & working under hard real-time constraintsP2P and cash management knowledgeExperience in providing analysis of gaps vs Budget, previous Forecast & LY, in promoting good practices to non financial stakeholders. Ability to think out of the box to automatize & challenge practicesFast learning capabilities, ability to work in a team, very good communications skills. Used to work in fast moving and multicultural environment.
