Senior Data Scientist

About this Role As a Senior Data Scientist at Zoi, you will be responsible for the design, production and testing of our Data Science modules. You'll be a central part of the Research & Development team where you will develop data models and algorithms to analyze diverse sources of data - medical exams, IOT devices and behavioral data - to extract meaningful insights and drive strategic decision-making for doctors and for patients. You'll collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of software engineers, security engineers, medical doctors, product managers, and support functions to create cohesive, well-integrated solutions. Main Missions Design and develop data science components for Zoi apps Write and review data requirements, ensuring best practices and consistency with system requirements Provide insights and recommendations using statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques Contribute to project planning, estimation, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient delivery of data applications Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Participate in writing and reviewing technical documentation Lead data-driven innovation projects by identifying new data sources and analytical techniques to improve business processes and product offerings. Profile of the Candidate Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 3 years experience as a Data Scientist with demonstrated examples of building data/AI stack using cutting-edge tools Strong knowledge of statistical and predictive modeling concepts, machine-learning approaches, clustering and classification techniques, and recommendation algorithms. Excellent proficiency in Python, SQL, AWS (or experience in similar Cloud provider), ETL required Knowledge of Kafka, Airflow, Healthcare API (HL7, DCOM, FHIR, HPRIM, LDT, AST, Edifact and SNOMED-CT and LOINC catalogs) a plus Strong communication and presentation skills.
