Since 1991, Woodlawn Dental Center has been proudly serving the Cambridge, Ohio community. Practice Overview

Our client is viewed as the area's leading authority in dental care. They have earned that reputation over 30 years of being the advocate for their patient’s best interest. Whether you do treatment with them or not, The doctors will give you the right solution to meet your dental needs. Their team is dedicated to helping the doctors connect with the patient’s emotional needs. Then the team supports the doctor with educating the patients on behalf of the doctor's diagnosis and treatment plan. Our client’s doctor culture is one of clinical excellence through continued education. Their support team's culture is similar to that of the doctors. They are A-team players that value mission, purpose, connection and collaboration. The personnel they have on their team are definitely their biggest asset. This thriving practice, however, is also a high technology practice. Currently they are equipped with 9 A-dec treatment rooms, an Axios CBCT scanner, two CEREC Primescans, two MXCL milling units, iTero scanner. CEREC same day crowns are a cornerstone of their practice. Our client also has a strong guided implant practice, as well as full arch implant services are a growing part of the services. They are in the middle of a million dollar expansion that will be completed by August 2023 and will have 12 A-dec treatment rooms and 2 surgical suites. One notable advantage of working in Ohio is the ability to utilize EFDA’s. Our client’s team members are licensed to place direct fillings. There are 5 EFDA’s in the practice. Because of this, the doctors can concentrate on learning and providing advanced dental services. So you see you can really have it all there because they are committed to mentor and train the doctors in various advanced procedures utilizing advanced technology. What You’ll Be Working On

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Provide education to clients and staff on recommendations and choices in care
  • Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and perform oral health care services in the best interest of the patients
  • Provide safe and effective anesthesia services
  • Be a team player and uphold the mission and vision of the practiceCommitted to growth and development

Qualifications

  • DMD or DDS from an accredited program is required
  • Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Ohio
  • Two years of general dentistry experience preferred
  • Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence, growth, and development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
