How you will make contributions that matter... Provides technical support and troubleshooting for new equipment set-up, handheld software and hardware support as well as DDS support for the Distribution group Develops and maintains an understanding of RDO Policies and Contracts; maintains current RDO Policy Manual Facilitates training and understanding of departmental policies and procedures Ensures compliance with established accountability practices and procedures, contractual renewals and schedules, document procedures and paperwork submission as well as Route settlement; prepares reports and maintains records Completes route reporting to a sku level analysis Provides prompt feedback to RDO/LHO/DSD concerns and questions Liaises with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the department; coordinates and participates in meetings, conference calls, training; prepares presentation materials Participates in development of promotional activities; monitors participation and success Assists in maintenance programs for the Saputo fleet Load balancing of trailers Participates in Distribution Team Meetings and conference calls. Various tracking, including expenses, business reviews, insurance, driver’s license updates, plant and Petro can, charge back as required. Claims; Legal, including RDO setup/termination.
