Barker Ross are recruiting for 7.5t Drivers for a client based in Corby. Are you an experienced 7.5t Driver looking for a stable, long-term position with a reputable company? We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable driver to join our clients delivery team, specialising in the transportation of high-quality glass. Key Responsibilities: Safely deliver glass products to customers and clients across the region. Load and unload glass products carefully to avoid damage. Follow planned delivery schedules and routes efficiently. Complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery notes and vehicle checklists. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on delivery sites. Perform routine vehicle checks and report any issues to management.Requirements: Valid 7.5-tonne driving license (C1) with no more than 6 points. Up-to-date CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence). Digital tachograph card. Previous experience delivering fragile goods, particularly glass, is an advantage. Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading tasks. Good knowledge of UK roads and the ability to plan routes effectively. Excellent time management and customer service skills.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts if required.
