Nutrien's High Performance Institute is responsible for enabling and sustaining performance excellence and provides senior and executive leaders with development experiences that integrate and challenge performance. The unparalleled programs delivered through the Institute are founded on critical principles of performance excellence and psychological health.

The Institute is growing and is seeking an Program Coordinator. Reporting to the Head of the Nutrien High Performance Institute, the Program Coordinator will provide executive and administration support for the Institute

What you will do:
  • Represent the High Performance Institute in engaging and communicating with senior and executive leaders and other internal customers.
  • Build relationships with key internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain confidentiality appropriate to the nature and scope of the work of the High Performance Institute.
  • Provide executive support for the Head of the Nutrien High Performance Institute including: scheduling management, program record management, and maintaining accurate data repositories, including confidential information; book and coordinate travel arrangements and file expense reports.
  • Assist in managing logistics, coordination, and execution of Institute programs and services
  • Prepare program documents, schedule meetings, create meeting agendas and minutes and related communications all with consideration to confidentiality.
  • Maintain Institute supplies and branded collateral; arranging delivery of Institute materials required (global) locations
  • Create and manage workflows including purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoicing; manage supplier set-up and initiate invoice payments.
What you will bring:
  • Post Secondary diploma/ Degree in Psychology or a related discipline is preferred
  • 10+ years of experience providing comprehensive and confidential executive administration and program support required
  • Able to demonstrate understanding and application of principles behaviour and change
  • Able to mantain and stablish confidentiality and profesionalism in relationships with collegaues and customers
Able to manage administrative procedures with minimal guidance

Able to implement best business practices under general guidance

Foundational understanding of Institute programs and services

Experience in independently establishing networks relevant to scope of role

Able to manage costs and time deadlines on assigned projects

Experience with program administration under general guidance

Organizational skills that enable performance and accountability for assigned responsibilities; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Critical thinking skills to enable independent decision making within scope of role

Verbal and written communication skills including experience with proofreading and editing

Proficiency with SAP and Oracle ERP Systems preferred

Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
