Site Manager

Site Manager Main Contractor Southeast England Sectors: Leisure, Hospitality, Commercial, Restoration Works, Education Fit Out and Refurbishment projects To work collaboratively and pro-actively with all stakeholders to provide clear information at the right time to the right people in order to provide the best opportunity to deliver construction and refurbishment projects successfully in terms of safety, time, cost and quality whilst achieving customer satisfaction and profitability for the company. * Identify and eliminate any projects risks and report * To promote the importance of customer relationships * Maintain supplier relationships * Identify any project opportunities for improvement and report to PM * Manage the Health & Safety and Environmental information whilst on site * Liaise with all suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure a full understanding of their responsibilities and requirements * Manage the reporting of information as dictated within the company process/systems and the customers' requirements * Monitor all site works to ensure compliance with H&S, quality, Programme and costs * Pro-actively manage the closing out of any defects * Work with the QS / PM to agree customer and sub-contractor final accounts Skills will include; * Applicants must have experience of working on refurbishments and new build projects * Take personal responsibility for making things happen, * Applicants must have experience of managing all aspects of the build; the applicant will be required to coordinate the packages during construction * Trade experience and site experience required * Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation * an ability to communicate with the Project Managers to understand outcomes; * a practical and logical mind and a methodical way of thinking; * a creative and innovative approach to problem solving; * an ability to plan their work, and that of others, to achieve deadlines; * critical path awareness; Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
