Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant

Who Can Apply Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada Job Description Insight Global is looking for a qualified Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant to be a part of a Oracle Payroll implementation for a Canadian municipalities client. You will be joining the team of a Global Consulting client in a client-facing, functional role. This opportunity will begin in the design phase of the project and will require strength through planning, configuration, up until go-live. It is important that this qualified candidate be comfortable leading workshops and client sessions and mentoring other more junior team members. This role will be mostly remote but there will be an emphasis on building client relationships through visiting client site in person. This will be about a 25% commitment as per client needs over the duration of the contract. Required Skills & Experience * 7-10+ years of experience in the Canadian Payroll space across provinces with strong knowledge of Canadian legislation and union and non-union team members. * Experience as a Payroll lead for at least 3 full life-cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud fusion. * 5-10 years of experience in leading full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll (including planning, configuration, and go-live). * Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud suite and other Oracle ERP Cloud Products (, Financials). * Experience leading workshops, mentoring others and sharing knowledge with colleagues. * Excellent communication and time management skills with an ability to juggle multiple, dynamic priorities and deliverables. Nice to Have Skills & Experience * Experience working in public sector or with municipalities in Canada.
