Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs.Assist with resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction.Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to continuously improve processes and customer experiences.Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.Qualifications:Previous experience in sales and customer service is a plus, but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
