Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Gloucester - up to £26k basic plus commission

Nexus are pleased to be recruiting for this leading and very well established multi branch independent agent who have built up an impressive Lettings and Estate Agency business over the last 30 plus years.   Their success has been achieved by employing the right staff who have a passion and commitment for customer care and property.  They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their fun and professional team based out of their Gloucester office. They are offering a competitive salary together with performance related bonus schemes and ongoing training and progression.

  As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will be working as part of a fast paced sales team and you will be responsible for:

• Arranging property viewings
• Negotiating sales
• Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
• Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
• Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained

 

As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will have the following skill set:

• Experience in Estate agency
• Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving license with access to a car is essential
