Recruitment Consultant working on both Commercial and Engineering vacancies.


  • 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday
  • Starting salary £25k-£29k depending on experience, Commission £10k+
  • Realistic career opportunities to significantly increase salary and commission earnings.
  • Working from home, ideally based in South Warwickshire, Oxfordshire or surrounding areas.

Brellis Recruitment Ltd are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to the team. You will not need a recruitment background but will need experience in either customer service, sales or have experience/education in engineering.

Brellis launched in 2018 and primarily covers Warwickshire and Oxfordshire, as well as further afield across the UK and even Ireland. Recruitment is fast-paced, target-driven, and highly rewarding in terms of career progression and job satisfaction. Duties will be varied but will include new business development, account management, candidate resourcing, interviewing, and administration.

We seek an individual driven by success, with people skills and natural rapport, keen to join an established and successful recruitment brand.

Main tasks will include:


  • Business development activities include market research, client visits, digital marketing, and telephone sales.
  • Using a range of job boards, sourcing passive and active job seekers with the relevant skills for our clients
  • Interviewing potential candidates over the telephone and face-to-face
  • Proactively keeping in touch with candidates
  • Ongoing account management of clients and building strategic partnerships
  • Maintaining accurate information on our client/candidate CRM
  • Contribute, update, and communicate with candidates via our social media, website, and Google feeds.

  • A great starting salary, regular salary reviews with enhanced pension and 33 days holiday (inc Bank holidays) increasing each year by a day a year to a maximum of 38 days
  • Commission for new business and bonus structure for placements made, allowing you to increase your salary significantly. Your first year on target earnings will increase your salary by at least £10,000 per annum, but with uncapped commission, your earnings could be significantly higher.

  • Laptop, Screen, VoIP Phone System.
  • Due to the nature of the role, a driving license and own transport are essential.
