Job Title: Telesales Operative (Fire Protection and Sprinkler Systems)
Location: Middleton, Greater Manchester
Salary: Competitive base salary plus commission ranging from £30k-£40k, depending on experience

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a telesales operative to join my client's busy team! My client is a reputable company specialising in fire protection and sprinkler systems, dedicated to improving safety and safeguarding properties. As a Telesales Operative, you will be essential in promoting their services, growing their client base and looking after existing ones.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to the comapny's fire protection and sprinkler solutions.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of the company's fire suppression systems, sprinkler installations, and associated services.
• Client Engagement: Build relationships with potential customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide detailed information about the company's offerings.
• Sales Targets: Meet monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasive techniques.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales is preferred but not essential as full training is provided!
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a personable attitude.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Willingness to learn about fire protection and sprinkler systems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between Manchester and Maidstone as required (Travel paid for)
