Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized learning plans. Address and manage various learning and behavioural challenges effectively. Requirements: Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting student development. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
