This position is ideal for a paralegal or junior lawyer looking to leverage their legal expertise in a dynamic business environment What You’ll Do: Reach out to client stake-holders and help create a health a positive partnership. Lead negotiations and enforcement actions with a firm, informed hand. Navigate the complexities of contract disputes and ensure compliance. Implement robust strategies for judgment enforcement and effective collection. What It Takes: Proven experience as part of an in-house legal team, with a strong focus on commercial contracts and civil enforcement. Exceptional attention to detail, logical thinking, and organizational skills—your files are as tight as your arguments. Independence and decisiveness; you’re a leader in the boardroom and a strategist at heart.
