Founded over 60 years ago, this is a successful, globally recognised organisation that design, manufacture and sell roofing solutions into the UK construction/specification market. Overall Role You will be responsible for planning, co-ordinating and conducting assessments on a wide range of construction products & systems relating to building enveloping and roofing solutions. You will also be involved in preparing contract offers and estimates for the assessment of these products/systems. Part of your role will include being required to research and investigate aspects of construction product/system performance, working as part of a team of specialists and contributing to team and individual targets & objectives. Although this position is not sales focused there is a lot of opportunity to progress and evolve into a technical sales position with learning and development supported by the company. Key Requirements * Good understanding of roofing/building materials industry * Knowledge of relevant building regulations & standards. * Experience working with construction products & systems. * Experienced in site work, conducting surveys and technical reports Person Specification * Proactive, positive and hard working mindset * Technical Acumen * Adaptable, enthusiastic and possess a can-do attitude * Career focused and eager to progress within a market leading organisation The ideal candidate will come from a roofing background with an interest in sales, there are lots of opportunities to progress within this company and want someone with the drive to develop a career within this industry.
