Your role as a general cover supervisor is to ensure that all pre-set work is completed to a high standard, Behaviour in the classroom is well-managed, and additional help is provided with classroom tasks when needed. No planning or preparation is required for this role, however the successful candidate would need to be a proactive individual who has the ability to think on their feet when students require additional work or need adjustments to the task at hand.  The senior leadership team at the school will offer excellent support and provide an encouraging and supportive environment.
