As the Chef Manager, you will be running a busy kitchen producing food from fresh ingredients and be responsible for the smooth running of the lunch service. Working days for this role are Monday - Friday.
What's involved?
- Previous Chef Manager experience ideally in the school setting
- Proven track record in a high volume, quality school catering establishment
- Ensuring full Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
- The ability to manage the kitchen and train the team to standards required
