Job Title: Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Join our team at Hilton London Bankside as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping and laundry department. Your primary goal will be to maintain impeccable levels of cleanliness and upkeep in all areas of the hotel, ensuring a consistently positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all functions of Housekeeping and Laundry, ensuring cost controls are in place and Hilton Brand Standards are achieved.
• Provide strong support to the Executive Housekeeper and be readily accessible to the housekeeping team.
• Train and develop staff to continually strive for excellence in service and cleanliness.
• Respond to and follow through on guest requests, concerns, and problems.
• Ensure housekeeping costs are in line with budget.

Requirements:

• Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write fluently in English.
• Previous experience in a 5-star or similar property, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Housekeeping Operations and ability to work under stress and deadlines.
