Maintenance Surveyor

We are seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to oversee the delivery of our in-house and external repair service. The successful candidate will carry out pre & post-inspections, create reports, and manage the performance and progress of our repairs service.

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out pre & post-inspections and create reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs.
• Manage the performance and progress of our repairs service.
• Ensure quality works are delivered on time, with minimal defects, to a regional budget, and all within relevant statutory regulations and compliance.

Requirements:

• A recognised qualification in a property related discipline, such as a HNC in Surveying, or a degree level qualification.
• Membership of a relevant professional body, such as RICS or CIOB.
• Ability to travel across the region as required.
• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
