The Product Owner is a member of the Agile Team responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team.Job Responsibilities:Gather, manage, and prioritize the product backlogEnsure each story has the correct acceptance criteria/specificationsEnsure close collaboration with the development teamWork closely with customer support and quality assurance to ensure the right customer problem is solvedCollaborate with technical/project team of partners/carriers to manage current integrations and develop new onesOrganize implementation of new transport contractsMake and take responsibility for, and demonstrate commitment to appropriate decisions in a timely mannerAble to design and implement a consistent, intentional customer experienceSkills:Knowledge of agile principles and processCondition of employment:Master in engineering or business administration preferredFirst experience in the Product or Digital worldFluency in French and EnglishAt Redspher Group, our people and culture define the success of our organization.
