Quantity Surveyor

ReCon Advisory Partners are looking for an experienced quantity surveyor for a well established Consultancy based in their Cardiff office. The consultancy is looking for an individual who can play a vital part in within their business having many responsibilities to ensure the business becomes even more successful. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive commercial support including Measurement, Estimating, Contract Review/Administration & procurement. Engage in project management activities to ensure successful project delivery. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors and specialist contractors Preparing tender documentation, analysing tenders, and making tender recommendations. Requirements Preferred degree in a quantity surveying or associated construction field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor Experience within a consultancy is advantageous but not essential Proficiency in Excel, Word, PDF, and other Microsoft programs. Proven and able to work independently as well as part of a team to deliver high quality standards for every client. Experience within construction projects is essential Package Upto £50k salary D.O.E 25 days paid holiday per holiday year plus public holidays Car allowance is also negotiable depending on circumstances and requirements of the role
