Occupational Therapist Opportunity - Northwest Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for mental health? We have an exciting opportunity in the Northwest region where you can make a real impact. This role offers a blend of patient-centered care, professional growth, and flexible working arrangements. Experience Required: * Mental Health Expertise: We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with solid experience in mental health. Experience working with patients dealing with eating disorders is a bonus! * Sensory Integration: Familiarity with sensory assessments and sensory integration techniques is essential for this role. * Patient-Centered Approach: You should have a strong commitment to delivering tailored, personalised care that meets each patient's unique needs. Job Duties: * Direct Patient Care: Focus on sensory assessments, sensory integration, and leading group therapy sessions. You will work closely with patients to provide bespoke care and treatment plans. * Non-Case-Carrying Role: Enjoy the freedom to fully dedicate your time and expertise to patient care without the additional responsibility of managing a case load. * Collaboration: Work directly with the Registered Manager in a supportive, team-focused environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring patients receive the best possible care. * Group Therapy: Lead group therapy sessions as part of a holistic approach to mental health care. Why This Role? * Flexible Working Hours: Full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with flexible hours to fit your schedule. Clinic hours are 8am-8pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-2pm Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed. * Hybrid Working: We offer hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to work both in the clinic and remotely as required, helping to maintain a good work-life balance. * Supportive Team: Be part of a collaborative and inclusive team environment, where you can focus on your professional growth and contribute to making a real difference in the lives of your patients.
