Warehouse Operative - Order Preparation

About the Role:

As a Despatch Warehouse Operative at Ocado Logistics, you will play a vital part in preparing orders for our customers. You will be working in a state-of-the-art warehouse, where you will be responsible for loading individual totes into frames, which are then loaded into our delivery vans. You will also be required to sort and organise totes coming back to site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading totes into frames for delivery vans
• Sorting and organising totes coming back to site
• Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

What We Offer:

• A competitive hourly rate of £11.78-£17.45
• Night shift premium of £2.00 per hour
• Performance-based incentives available when targets are met
• Overtime paid at basic x 1.25 or 1.5
