Blazor UI Developer

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Blazor UI Developer for a 3-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer. Work LocationRemote Security RequirementMust have a Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability Clearance. Key TasksUtilize Blazor Server along with C# and .NET technologies to create responsive and robust web applications that facilitate the management and transmission of documentsCollaborate with stakeholders to capture and convert requirements into wireframes and prototypes, ensuring clear communication of UI/UX design conceptsEngage in designing intuitive interfaces that boost user interaction and satisfaction. Perform user research, develop user personas, and refine designs based on user feedback to enhance the application's usabilityExecute the development of user interfaces within the Blazor framework, maintaining design consistency and alignment with organizational branding guidelinesWork closely with various teams, including software engineers and product managers, to synchronize UI/UX design and development activitiesParticipate actively in Agile development cycles to ensure cohesive project progressionConduct comprehensive testing of the UI components to detect and rectify bugs. Continuously optimize the application for better performance and user experience, incorporating best practices and feedbackDocument all UI/UX design choices and create guidelines and best practices. Provide necessary training and support to team members, enhancing their understanding and capabilities in UI/UX design and implementation Key QualificationsThe bidder must demonstrate* that the proposed resource has three (3) years or more of experience:Developing user interfaces using .NET, C#, Blazor (preferably Blazor Server), HTML, CSS. Developing responsive user interfacesCreating wireframes and prototypes in tools such as Sketch, Figma, Miro, or Adobe XDCreating accessible and localized user interfaces following best practicesClear and demonstrated experience with:Blazor Server's lifecycle, components, and data bindingExperience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into designMust have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) About LeverageTek IT SolutionsThank you for taking the time to apply!
