Position: Junior Account Manager Location: East Grinstead Job Description: Family-owned business operating at a top corporate level seeks a Junior Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills with a focus on commercial results, excellent communication skills, and high standards of written work and accuracy. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of business accounts, organizing logistics for roadshows, scheduling webinars, assisting with content creation and social media, and supporting new business outreach. Must-Haves: PC literate: very proficient in Word, PPT, and XL. Strong communicator with excellent English and correct grammar. Strong attention to detail. Commercial awareness. Numerical skills. Confidence in face-to-face client meetings. High professionalism. Commercially minded. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Adaptability and a positive attitude. Team player.Desired (but not essential): Experience managing a diverse client portfolio. Account Management experience. Experience in a commercial environment. Ability to lead and motivate a small team. Preferably based with access to East Grinstead.Agency Briefing: Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-5:30 pm (Fridays until 5 pm). Reports to: Senior Account Manager (based in Sweden) and Head of Sales and Marketing.
