Key Responsibilities:  The Housing Marketing Lead is responsible for planning, managing and executing Hopewell Residential (Hopewell) housing-specific marketing projects and campaigns with their direct report(s). The Lead will be creative, yet analytical, with the ability to report on campaign successes and objectives, nimbly adapting in real-time to ensure optimal project performance. Duties of the position include: Develop, support and implement targeted marketing strategies/events/campaigns to support housing objectives; Oversee marketing mix for various product types and regions, ensuring positive return on ad spend across all; Support Sales goals through activities such as referral marketing efforts, repeat purchase efforts and prospecting efforts;  Develop, manage and track budgets with a close eye for accuracy;  Contribute to social media and communications efforts, including Facebook and Instagram; write and send emailers and blogs; and more as required; Independently manage Pardot and Salesforce marketing campaign materials, including emails, automated campaigns and reporting; Effectively manage and coach your direct report(s), ensuring their work is completed on-time and on-budget; With a designer, develop and execute on a wide range of marketing project items, including brochures, community marketing maps and sales collateral; Oversee and execute tactical requirements as required, such as signage and pageantry; event-planning; sales centre/show home customer experience and updates;  Be a key point of contact for project-related Sales team(s); Assist with the preparation and submission of all industry-related award submissions; Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. About You:  You are passionate about real estate and home building, and you’re equally as excited about marketing. You can successfully balance strategic thinking with tactical work as both a thinker and a doer. You are an experienced, digital-first marketer who is emotionally intelligent, resourceful, results focused and energetic. Plus, you’re fun to work with.  You have experience in a fast-paced role (ideally in the real estate industry) where you were independently and successfully managing numerous high-priority projects, campaigns and tasks. You have a proven track record in collaborating in a dynamic environment, are highly detail-oriented, and always communicate clearly and respectfully.  In addition to strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), you have a track record of marketing success from your previous role(s). Finally, you are self-directed, innovative and tech savvy, with: Post-secondary degree or diploma in communications, marketing, business, or related field; 5+ years of progressive experience in the marketing field; A track record of marketing success from your previous role(s), with examples of marketing projects/campaigns you have developed; Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, deadline-oriented priorities; Previous experience within the development or residential construction industry considered an asset; Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines; A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; Understanding and working knowledge of Pardot considered an asset; Knowledge of and interest in the competitive environment. Working Conditions:  Traditional core office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position will occasionally require attendance at events and show home openings outside of regular work hours, including evenings and weekends. Some travel will be required.
