Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading building services company in their search for a Facilities Engineer to work across multiple sites in Coventry For the successful Facilities Engineer our client is offering: £34,000 to £36,000 per annum  Mon-Fri 8am to 4:30pm Permanent Role Company van and tools  25 days holiday plus bank holidays Paid travel time  The role – Facilities Engineer: Mobile role working in leisure centres and offices  Test, service and repair a wide variety of equipment PPM and reactive maintenance Electrical maintenance on emergency lighting, fire alarms, control systems Mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems and plant rooms General maintenance such as basic joinery and plumbing work  What our client is looking for in a Facilities Engineer: Previous experience in a mechanical/ electrical maintenance Previous experience in FM or building management services NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering - Preferred Drivers License - Essential Previous experience with mechanical/ HVAC maintenance - Preferred Key skills or similar Job titles: Electrical fitter, electrical technician, installation electrician Commutable From: Coventry, Birmingham, Rugby, Warwick, Nuneaton For further information about this and other positions please apply now.
