As our Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and, ultimately, revenue growth. You'll be creating assets for social media, editing videos, coordinating and scheduling promotional events, crafting chat-marketing automations to engage with followers on social media and expanding our testimonial marketing approach. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate social media content under the guidance / direction of our Social Media LeadEdit promotional videos to bolster engagementImplement and manage chat-marketing automations through tools like ManyChatsEnhance existing testimonial marketing approach to showcase customer wins and success storiesCoordinate and schedule promotional program eventsAnalyze customer behaviour, trends, and preferences to maintain a customer-centric approachPrepare reports to efficiently and effectively communicate marketing tactics and resultsIdeal Candidates will Possess the FollowingReside in British Columbia or AlbertaExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in customer supportProficiency in video editing software and social media platformsStrong attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively and independentlyDemonstrated ability to embody Copyhackers' values in their workHighly organized and detail-orientedSelf-motivated and goal-drivenKnowledge of digital marketing strategies and tacticsDiploma in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldSalary: $60,000 per yearBenefits following a 3-month probationary period:3 weeks' vacation$3K Health Spending Account (HSA)
