Lead Project Planner

Project Planning Lead Due to a significant amount of growth Belcan has now got an exciting opportunity to recruit a skilled Project Planning Lead to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis and can be based at either our Glasgow, Bristol or Derby Offices on a Hybrid working basis. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you'll play a central role in ensuring successful project delivery to our Blue-Chip clients in the Aerospace, Marine and Automotive industries. You will lead all aspects of project planning to facilitate delivery to scope, schedule, and budget, monitoring and reporting appropriate KPIs both internally and externally. The Project Planning Lead will be responsible for liaising with Belcan's multi-disciplined engineering teams, assisting successful delivery of those projects to which they are assigned. You would manage multiple projects at any one time as well as PMO personnel to enable the positive project outcomes required. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in creating integrated master schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource estimates to ensure successful project completions in time and budget in a high-tech engineering environment. They will also have excellent CRM / ERP systems experience and MS Project skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously. Perks of being a Belcan employee!
