Line Cook Opportunity at McGillin's Olde Ale House

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at McGillin's Olde Ale House, Philadelphia's most famous tavern. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sandwiches and salads on our Cold Line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of sandwiches and salads to a high standard
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Use seasonal ingredients to create delicious and visually appealing dishes
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
