Job Title: Private Client Solicitor Location: Nottingham and Heanor Salary: £35k - £40k (negotiable DOE) Hours of Work:  Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm Are you a talented and experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for you next position? Responsibilities of a Private Client Solicitor: Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients whilst ensuring their interests are effectively represented Accurate and efficient file management in all aspects, from consultation to case resolution. Managing a caseload of private client matters such as Wills, LPAs, Deputyship Orders and Probate. Conducting legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to private client services. Collaborating with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients. Requirements of a Private Client Solicitor: Qualified Solicitor with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in private client law. Proven track record in handling Wills, LPAs, Deputyship Orders, and Probate. Ability to work independently whilst demonstrating initiative and sound judgment in decision-making. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to network effectively to develop and expand the private client department.
