Contracts Manager

Randstad CPE is working with a leading FM provider who are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their technical services team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in the Glasgow area.. As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for providing leadership, management, and development of a defined contract, ensuring financial, and operational commitments are met and exceeded. Duties Ensure all contractual KPIs are delivered on a monthly basis To provide line management to Engineers/ Supervisors in Scotland Manage P&L Write monthly performance reports Strategically manage the delivery of FM services at the siteAbout you Candidate will be an experienced manager that holds a relevant degree or professional qualification in an Estates/Facilities discipline. A strong technical focus with knowledge of HVAC and Building Regulations previous experience in a Contracts Manager/ Account Manager roleInterviews are being held immediately.
