We're looking for an experienced individual to come on board with one of our trusted clients in Stansted. The project will consist of CAT A and B fit outs and you'll be responsible for engaging with the client and developing opportunities and targeting additional work that is available. You will be working on the delivery side and helping manage the team, as well as take responsibility for reports, reviews, liaise with design team and be involved with pre-con also. This is a great opportunity for someone trying to step up from a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager role. We need a committed individual who is willing to learn the way of the client and represent them in a very good manner. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. The ideal Assistant Project Manager must have: Have CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry IT Skills Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs Experience in M+E Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team Airport experience would be great SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certsWhat's in it for you as the Site Manager on this project?
