Business Solutions Consultant (Bilingual)

Position Details As a Business Solutions Consultant (bilingual), you will focus on understanding and addressing business needs by translating them into efficient system and process solutions across a variety of insurance applications. your responsibilities encompass requirements gathering, planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Post Deployment Testing, and providing production support to ensure optimal solutions, quality and performance. You will drive system and process changes, managing your deliverables against set timelines for successful project and maintenance release deployments.  What You Will Do  Collaborate with stakeholders to solicit business requirements and translate those needs into potential solution documentation  Review business requirement documentation for completion and obtain final sign-off Collect data, oversee migration of policy data into systems and execute month-end processes Ensure test process, methodologies and tools are applied appropriately Develop and document test scenarios, test matrices, and execute system/integration testing Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Acceptance Testing (PAT) after system implementation Actively participate in post-implementation support and review phase Assist in updating system tables/files accurately when changes are requested including product configuration & admin setup Assist in communicating to management, team leaders and trainers on any new or changed functionality of a system Provide technical support for clients via phone and e-mail to accurately record a detailed description of known issue, and work with cross-functional teams to address in a timely manner Who You Are  Post-secondary education in Business or Information Technology  Bilingual (English and French) Advanced programming skills (Excel VBA, Python, SQL server) CIP, CRM, CBAP, CAPM, PMP preferred but not required Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in the Insurance or Finance industries preferred Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
