Job Title: Registered Nurse - Rehab

Trusted Nurse Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Honesdale, PA. As a Registered Nurse in our Rehab department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in a supportive environment focused on patient rehabilitation and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation, focusing on recovery and maximizing patient independence.
• Develop, implement, and assess individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home care post-discharge.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Rehab or similar setting.
