Our software and service teams serve over 700 government-operated parks, campgrounds, harbors, and marinas across North America.
We are expanding our team with the new and exciting role of Solutions Architect . As part of our Client Success and Software Engineering Leadership teams, this role will be instrumental in guiding the architectural design and execution of our systems, with a special focus on supporting organizations whose primary language of operation is French.

What you’ll be doing:
Oversee the implementation of secure, performant, and scalable solutions that align with both business goals and technological requirements.
Collaborate daily with Client Success and Software Engineering Leadership teams to understand requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
Create and maintain architectural blueprints, technical standards, and integration strategies to ensure successful implementation of our sales and reservation systems.
Mentor and coach peers on technical solutions, helping to develop their skills and understanding of best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Software Engineering, QA) to ensure successful project execution.
Support organizational compliance programs (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOC2 Type 2) and liaise with vendors and third-party providers as needed.
Perform market solution analyses and engage stakeholders across Camis to discover opportunities to further enhance the visitor and booking experience.
What you will bring to the role:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in solutions architecture, including overseeing large-scale implementation projects.
Comprehensive fluency in the French language, with strong skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
A proven track record of leading at least two large-scale projects in the last 10 years, including one in the last 5 years.
A passion for improving the booking and visitor experience of camping in North America.
A computer science degree/diploma and 10+ years of experience in the software industry.
Strong experience in delivering sustainable, high-quality solutions within a DevOps culture.
Critical thinking skills, along with a collaborative, driven, and enthusiastic personality.
Proven ability to mentor and coach, and strong presentation skills.
Ability to work independently to solve complex problems and guide technical growth across the team.
