Development Details: This role will be situated at the luxurious (Apply online only) Park Lane development comprising of 6 prestigious apartments, situated in Mayfair and close proximity to Marble Arch Station. The Building Manager will be a “lone worker”. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: As a Building Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will: * Have experience working in the residential sector in a similar role, responsible for managing the site operations, front desk and cleanliness. * You will be required to carry out cleaning duties ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard. * You will manage the building operations, ensuring a high level of customer service to the residents, guest and contractors. * Carrying out site inspections, always ensuring H&S compliance and actioning any issues immediately and in accordance with policy and procedure. * Managing any reactive and preventive maintenance task accordingly. * You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others. * You’ll be an expert in dealing with any onsite emergencies or maintenance related issues. * You have a good eye for detail and experience conducting regular development inspections, reporting any defect and/or health and safety concerns, cleaning, and maintenance (internally and externally). * You’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and any visitors. * You have excellent communication skills. * You have experience managing contractors and third-party contractors, ensuring health and safety requirements are adhered to and relevant documentation is in place.
