Resident Liaison Officer

I am currently working alongside a well-established social housing contractor who are looking forward to welcome a Customer Liaison Officer to their team based in the Welwyn Garden City. Job Description Customer Liaison Officer Monday to Friday 08:00am until 16:00pm inc a one hour break per day. Duties include: Acting as the "Voice and face" of the business, Dealing with various enquiries and issues that their customer base have. Supporting the staff through cooperation with customers, clients and wider community. Maintain an effective communication system to keep all site teams informed and maintaining good relationships with customers. Independently carry out site visits with clients and customers who may have been involved in improvement works. Available to start ASAP Working alongside a well-established social housing contractor who are growing. Temp to perm basis - Three month temporary contract and then you will transition into a permanent placement. Weekly pay (Every Friday, starting from the Friday after you begin.) Salary up to £30,000 PA. (D.O.E) Company benefits Office is situated in Welwyn Garden City.
