Cnc Programmer Setter Operator

Marble Talent Group are currently recruitng for an experienced CNC Programmer, whoare experts with either Milling or Turning for our client based in Havant! The ideal candidate will have a solid background in CNC machining, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications. * Create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software. * Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. * Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. * Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a CNC Miller and Programmer. * Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks). * Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and principles. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Relevant certifications or technical education in CNC machining or related fields is a plus.
