The Finance IS Manager Role Run:Ongoing administration of the Finance IT ecosystem (Netsuite - Tipalti - Expensify - TravelPerk - Spendesk - Stripe - GoCardless - Banks - Pigment - BambooHR): - User management and access rights - Administration of repositories - Management/monitoring of integrations and synchronization between the various external and internal tools - Release managementOperational support : - Level 1 & 2 technical and functional support for all finance tools (technical and business referent - support for finance function users (FP&A) - (Billing) - (Accounting) & users from other departments using tools provided by Finance) - Relaying and supervising support requests internally and externally (coordinating and monitoring tickets for consultants, editors of various tools, etc.)Technology watch and identification of opportunities to improve the various servicesManaging relations with the various suppliers (publishers/consultants): steering, negotiating and monitoring performanceMaintaining the knowledge management database and providing training (new users/new features)Assisting the finance department with specific actions (ad hoc analyses, support for monthly and annual closings, assistance with audits, .....)Build :Ensuring the strategic planning and prioritization of Finance IS projects in conjunction with the Finance Department and the various departmentsDesigning and continuously improving all the components of the Finance IS (tools, processes, team skills, etc.)Ensuring the quality and efficiency of the various components of the Finance IS with regard to various parameters (adequacy of needs/resources - compliance with an acceptable level of internal control - reliability and security of information)Assume project management in a project owner and project manager position: - Scoping - Drafting specifications - Communication with sponsors and stakeholders - Seeking solutions and negotiating contracts - Planning project milestones and budgeting - Implementation (configuration) - Drawing up and carrying out technical and functional acceptance tests - Beta testing live production - Drafting of documentation (procedures and operating methods) - Training of utilitiesManagement :Manage a Finance IS Product Owner who will collaborate on all ongoing projects and actions. It would be fantastic if you Degree in finance and/or IT (e.g. MIAGE),At least 5 years' successful experience in this type of position with a solid grounding in accounting and management control.Good knowledge of ERP (ideally NetSuite) and BI tools (ideally Pigment).Results-oriented, respecting and achieving objectives, deadlines and budgets.Organised, rigorous, pragmatic and process-oriented.Good communication skills to simplify the most complex subjects to ensure visibility and understanding by all and guarantee the quality of project deliverables.Fluent written and spoken English.+Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce)+Experience of transforming the finance function with a strong IT focus.
