team in Australia. Your main tasks and responsibilities: Work with Service Centre Management to meet defined targets (Budget, Safety, Quality, On Time Delivery). Full lifecycle coordination of all projects from purchase order to delivery. Develop and implement Project Schedules for multiple projects within a workshop environment. Ensure planning of workshop projects to deliver on schedule and budget. Provide regular and accurate reporting of project status. Accurately forecast resource requirements and workshop capacity for new project work. Liaise with Management and Sales Teams to support new project opportunities. Coordinate and order materials and subcontractors to support project delivery including raising and receipting PO’s. Maintain controlled stock levels for consumable materials and supplies. Organize shipping or collection of completed projects back to the end user. To succeed in this role, you will need: 5 years + Experience as a Project Coordinator or Supervisor within a workshop environment. Ability to develop and maintain a schedule for project activities. Microsoft office experience D365, SAP, JDE or similar ERP experience. (D365 Preferred) Attention to detail · High level of communication skills. Good level of time management.
