You will be responsible for recruiting, training and supporting and leading a team of Sales Representatives while also soliciting clients, developing and maintaining relationships to drive sales, and helping clients access and update their insurance coverage as their needs evolve.

Qualifications:
What you bring along:
- University or College degree preferred
- Ability to mentor, inspire, and manage a team of Licensed Independent Sales Representatives
- Sales-Oriented with the desire to drive business and exceed team goals
- Highly motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Professional with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Have, or be willing to obtain the required insurance license(s)
- Comply with federal and provincial laws and regulations
- Comply with Combined Insurance Compliance
