You will be able have the ability to teach undergraduate psychology within the lesson plans as well as teaching, assessing and course leadership as part of this role. The ideal candidate will be a Lecturer who will have a diplomatic approach to teaching as sensitive topics will be covered and will want to  join a bigger establishment and further themselves, looking for a new opportunity that will provide hands on experience. Acting as a positive role model and promoting the culture of research and quality improvement is key to this role.
