This revolutionary framework has enabled keeping and computing directly on encrypted data in blockchains. To move further towards our vision, we are looking for a Blockchain Solutions Architect who is passionate about helping Zama’s clients and partners build confidential blockchains as well as designing and implementing the next generation of confidential smart contracts.Working shoulder-to-shoulder with a team of esteemed cryptographers, blockchain experts, and software engineers, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, fine-tuning, and ensuring the sustained excellence of Zama’s homomorphic blockchain solution.The ideal candidate for the position of Solutions Architect will have deep technical acumen to understand the intricacies of blockchain development and own the overall technical relationship and strategy with the Zama clients and partners. This position demands a balance of technical insight, team management, internal and external stakeholder communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Technical Guidance: Interface and maintain relationships with Zama's clients and partners, translating business goals into actionable engineering plans and ensuring alignment across the team. Create and populate onboarding materials for Zama clients and partners.Architectural Design and Solutions Advise: Provide technical insights during project planning and execution phases, ensuring the most efficient and effective methods are employed. Support Business Development teams with technical advise during the qualification calls with prospects.Product Roadmap Ownership: Together with the Blockchain leadership team, develop and manage product roadmap. Regularly update Zama clients and partners on the roadmap anticipating their needs.Project Oversight: Spearhead and manage FHE and blockchain projects, ensuring milestones are met, resources are utilized efficiently, and deliverables align with the the clients' and the company objectives.Technical Team Collaboration: Engage with a team of blockchain engineers to support Zama's clients and partners. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and productivity.Security and Compliance: Ensure that blockchain solutions adhere to security protocols and compliance requirements.Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the blockchain sector, identifying potential areas of growth or integration for the company and bringing product insights from the market.Preferred ExperienceMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.Demonstrable experience in managing technical projects and products, preferably within the blockchain domain.Deep understanding of blockchain technology, its nuances, and its application in various industries.Proven management skills with a history of motivating and mentoring high-performing teams.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools, and software development life cycles.Accurate, enthusiastic high performer and an effective problem solver.Embracing a flexible remote working ethos, Zama values in-person interactions and as such, requires a visit to our Paris headquarters at least once every quarter.At Zama, innovation isn’t just a buzzword – it’s our DNA.
